Vancouver — “Breathe, just breathe.” These were the first words Mr. Sullivan told himself after realizing he hit the Lotto jackpot last evening, winning $6.8 million. Last evening, H. Neil Sullivan stopped by his local Safeway to pick up a Lotto ticket. This morning he checked the numbers and knew right away that he was the lucky winner and Washington’s newest millionaire.
