How Will Winners Be Notified?

• Winners will be notified by phone within 48 hours from the date of the drawing. Winners whose names are drawn but cannot be reached within this timeframe will be ineligible from receiving the promotional merchandise prize, and an alternate will be selected and notified.
• A Winner Claim Form must be completed and returned within five working days of notification. All claims over $600 are checked against records of debts owed to the state pursuant to RCW 67.70.255 and WAC 315-06-125.
  
  NOTE: If the potential winner does not return the completed claim form within five working days of notification, winner is under 18 years old, or winner refuses the prize, the winner becomes ineligible for the promotional merchandise prize and an alternate is used. Merchandise prize is non-transferrable.
• The FAN FOUR EXPERIENCE is a Lottery promotional merchandise prize valued at approximately $3,040. Winner will receive a W-2G from Washington's Lottery at the end of the year for value of the merchandise prize. The prize claimant remains responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the Fan Four Experience value.
