Winners will be contacted by phone within 5 business days of the drawing.
NOTE: Winners must be available for notification by phone within five days from date of the drawing in order to qualify to receive their prize. Winners whose names are drawn but cannot be reached within this timeframe become ineligible to receive the promotional merchandise prize, and an alternate winner will be selected and notified.
Winners must be 21 or older to enter casino or play in the Northwest Poker Tournament.
Within five working days of notification, winner must complete and return to Lottery Headquarters a Winner Claim Form and mail to:

NOTE: If completed claim form is not returned within five working days of notification, winner is under 18 years old, winner refuses the prize, or, if applicable, does not clear debt to the State, the winner becomes ineligible for the promotional merchandise prize and an alternate winner is selected.
All winning claims over $600 are checked against records of debts owed to the State pursuant to RCW 67.70.255 and WAC 315-06-125. If a debt is owed, winner has five working days from notification to clear the debt. If debt is not cleared within five working days, winner becomes ineligible for the promotional merchandise prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
Once the debt check is complete and the winner is verified, the Lottery will mail a congratulations letter with detailed instructions along with a Little Creek Casino Resort voucher. Each winner must check in by 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2009 and present the voucher along with identification (Valid Driver’s License) to the Cash Cage for entrance into the Northwest Poker Tournament.
Each seat in the Northwest Poker Tournament at Little Creek Casino Resort is valued at $2,669.23. Winners will receive a W-2G from Washington’s Lottery at the end of the year for that amount.
Tournament seat prizes are transferable one time by providing written notice to Washington’s Lottery at least two weeks prior to the tournament date of Saturday, November 14, 2009.
NOTE: The prize claimant remains responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the Northwest Poker Tournament seat value. The individual that the seat was transferred to is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with cash prizes won during the tournament.
