HOW TO PLAY THE SCRATCH GAME
  1. Scratch each PLAYER’S 2 cards and the 5 COMMUNITY CARDS (FLOP, TURN, and RIVER).
  2. Combine each PLAYER’S cards with the 5 COMMUNITY CARDS to make the best five-card poker hand for each player.
  3. Scratch the DEALER’S 2 cards and combine with the 5 COMMUNITY CARDS to make the DEALER’S best five-card poker hand.
  4. If any of the PLAYER’S best five-card poker hand BEATS the DEALER’S best five card poker hand, WIN the PRIZE shown for that player.
  5. ACE is high. When the DEALER has ONE PAIR and a PLAYER has ONE PAIR, the HIGHEST PAIR wins.
Ranking of Hands

Winning prize amounts are $5, $10, $15, $20, $50, $100, $500, $1,000, and $50,000.

Winning tickets may be taken to any Lottery office or mailed to:
