For one local Lottery player, his special good luck routine helped him win big!
The 51-year-old Ballard resident won $200,000 on the "Money Money Money" Scratch ticket. "I go on the [Lottery] website to see where we are in the numbers," he explained. "How many prizes have been given out, et cetera and pick my ticket based on that." He plans to buy a new car with his winnings and put the rest in the bank.
