LAKEWOOD MAN SCORES SECOND $50,000 LOTTERY WIN

A man from Lakewood is celebrating his second $50,000 Washington’s Lottery prize after purchasing a winning “$500,000 Jewel Jackpot” Scratch ticket from Nisqually Market (11741 Pacific Highway Southwest, Lakewood, WA 98499).

“I still can’t believe I won,” said the winner. “And not just once, but twice!”

The winner told Lottery officials he used the money from his last $50,000 win to purchase a Dodge Charger for himself. This time, he plans to buy his wife a new Honda Accord. He also promised his daughter that he would repaint her bedroom pink.

Proceeds from Washington’s Lottery benefit the Washington Opportunity Pathways Account, providing grants to college students statewide. To learn more about Washington’s Lottery, its beneficiaries and to review all up-to-date winning numbers, please visit www.walottery.com.
