Winners Will Celebrate 4th of July in Style
Ticket Sold in Seattle Worth $3.2 Million will Make Fireworks for Another Washingtonian
This Independence Day is shaping up to be a lucky one for several western Washingtonians. Last night’s $3.2 million
was hit by a ticket sold in Seattle, and Sandra and Paul Erickson of Lynnwood claimed a $340,000 check today. The couple couldn’t believe their luck when they won the
jackpot from June 30.
“My husband danced around the kitchen, and I got panicky because I couldn’t believe it was true,” Sandra recalled. “The first person we told about our big win was our son, and he was really excited.”
Sandra and Paul will celebrate the 4th of July in style this year. “We’re going to buy a new car and possibly some big fireworks,” exclaimed Paul.
Sandra purchased their winning ticket at the Fred Meyer where she buys all their groceries. The store located on 196th Street in Lynnwood will receive retail selling bonus of $3,400.
For all Lottery draw games, customers have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
winner has until December 29, 2012 to claim their prize. Winning ticket holders should always sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a secure place until they can come to a regional Washington’s Lottery office to claim their prize.
